How to Find the Business Center

When you are logged in to a business owner account, look for the "Business Center" tab along the top of the page. If you don't see it click here.

How to claim a business

Click on the "This is my business" link on your business profile page. Once your claim has been submitted we will review it as soon as possible. Please note, claims may take several business days to process.

How to add a business

Fill out our "add business" form, ensuring that you check "yes" that you are the business owner.

Please note:
Approval of new businesses is contingent on our submission guidelines and may take several business days to appear on our site.
All businesses are required to have an image to be made public on our site.
How to report questionable content
All reviews are subject to our guidelines.
If you think a review violates these guidelines, click on "flag if inappropriate" underneath the review and indicate why you believe the review violates the guidelines. We will review this as soon as possible.
Changing the business's contest category
Businesses are only permitted to compete in one category during any contest
A business owner can change the contest category their business is competing for in the Business Center (note: all previous votes will be lost) under "Showcase my Business // Update Categories."
Additional categories for a listing
A business owner can request additional categories for their business listing under "Showcase my Business // Update Categories." It may take several business days for requests to be reviewed, but in no way does this affect contest entries.

How do I vote?
To cast a vote, click on the yellow "Vote" button on the business profile page
If there is no yellow vote button for a business, it means they are not currently competing in a CityVoter contest
How do I confirm my account?
When you signed up for an account, we sent an email from mailman@nullcityvoter.com. If you did not receive it, check your junk-mail filter. To re-send the email, click here.
Once your account is activated, individual votes do not need to be confirmed.
 
How to remove a review
To edit or delete a review that you have written, log in and click on "edit" or "delete" under the review.
If there is a review that you think violates our guidelines click the "flag if inappropriate" icon below the review. Indicate why you believe the review violates the guidelines, and we will review the issue as soon as possible.
